Setting "Ignorieren bei - Tagging" is disabled

Hello,

I would like to have some files ignored by automatic tagging. Its a little bit confusing that color definitions in css styles create new tags :confused:

But the setting “Ignorieren bei -> Tagging” (sorry my GUI is german) in Document properties is grayed out (disabled). How could I activate that setting?
