I’m just wondering whether it’s possible to create and manage more than one database. It would be very important for me because I’m doing research in different, incompatible areas (for example: italian literature and musicology on one hand; multimedia, programming and education on the other). I’m pretty sure that this way the manner Devonthink reacts would be far more efficient.
The Personal Edition supports only one database. But there’s a possible workaround: Create multiple DEVONthink folders (e.g. “DEVONthink.1”, “DEVONthink.2” etc.) and rename them before starting the application.
