Since updating to ios26 when I run the shortcut action to Create an Item I get the error below:
Could not run Create Item
There was a problem communicating with the app.
Anyone else having the issue?
Which version of DEVONthink To Go do you use?
Provide more information about the action itself. A screen capture of the action expanded would be helpful.
I have the same issue. Not sure it it’s me or some bug, but I’ve been trying various things for about an hour.

Here is the shortcut i’m using: Shortcuts. The folder contains pdf files from Scanner Pro by Readdle.
I’m on DEVONthink to go version 3.8.13 (17499).
