No but you can add one yourself in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts.
OCR to searchable pdf is a submenu. How can I add that into keyboard shortcuts ?
It doesn’t matter if it’s a submenu if it’s unique, i.e., there is only one instance of the command.
