Not sure what happened but the colour of my side bar changed (it is only sidebar btw, the rest of the UI is still unchanged in dark/graphite). My normal setup is dark mode with Graphite.
Do you have something that colour underneath the DT window sidebar? If so, you may wish to look at System Preferences > Accessibility > Display and check Reduce transparency.
Apologies if this is way off track: just an idea!

My mac changed the background (after the recent major Os upgrade) to one of these apple default backgrounds:
By i actually never realised before that Devonthink’s sidebar is kind of “transparent” in that regard. Interesting!
