Since Sonoma upgrade, OCR often crashes

Since I upgraded to Sonoma, I’m having problems when scanning documents (via Scansnap). I have the Scansnap app set up to automatically scan and open in DT to perform the OCR.

About one time out of every 4, it will hang up during the OCR, and I’ll have to force quit DT, which usually corrupts my database and when I do a verify and repair, files are missing.

Any fix?

Which version of DEVONthink and Sonoma do you use? Intel or Apple Mac?

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
