Single License for Two Computers

I am a consultant who is thinking about purchasing DevonThink Pro. My question regards licensing of your software.

I own two macs … an iMac that I use in my office at home and a macbook pro that I use traveling and on site with clients. I will need DevonThink on both but but would like to avoid purchasing two licenses.

Can I load one license on both? I am never using both at the same time except from time to time when synchronizing files.

There may be risk of data loss depending on what sort of synchronizing you’re doing. Maybe you can describe a bit more about it, unless you know there’s no risk? Thanks.
