I copied an image file (JPEG made in Photoshop Elements) into DT 1.9. Then, from within DT I use the Contextual menu to Open Externally, the menu says “Open in Preview”. I select it, it opens in PS Elements. The contextual menu should say “Open in Photoshop Elements”. That’s all – not a big deal.
