I did a search on this but didn’t get any results. Excuse me if this already has been covered. Here’s my trouble:
What I wanted: to have a smart folder that collects all items with either label “temp” or label “akut” (custom named labels).
What I did: Data > New > Smart Group
There I set: Any is true: (label is “temp” + label is “akut”)
What DT did: it only accepted the first label setting. The second line was gone when I re-edited the Group (leaving only Any is true (label is “temp”)) hence leaving out the items labeled “akut”.
Another annoying Search Group behavior: When I search for “state is off” it gives me every item which is not checked. I would expect that it only would find items with the attributes status=off and ‘show checkboxes’=on.
Has anybody else seen this behaviors? Is there something I can do about it or should I report this straight to support? Smart Groups could be a killer feature but with these unexpected behaviors they are quite useless in their current state.

P.S.: I’m on DTPO2 and OS X 10.6.1; Database verification yielded no errors.
