Smart Group for documents without tag

Is it possible to create a smart group for documents which don´t have tags? This in order to tag all my documents.

There are two options:

  1. Switch to the Tags view. Without selecting a tag, only untagged documents are displayed.
  2. Create a smart group with the conditions “Instance is not tagged” and “Kind is any document”
