Smart Group to filter PDFs without searchable text

Hello,

I am new to DevonThink and I am currently evaluating it.

When I first installed the software there was a smart group that filtered non-searchable PDF’s (without text). That database is gone and I would like to add such a feature to my current database. I have created a smart group “kind is not equal to” however, in the dropdown list of types I can’t find “PDF+Text” and there isn’t a “contains” so I can add a custom string. I know that searchable PDFs are “PDF+Text” from the main items listings. How can I do this?
