Smart Rule "On Import" acted on "Indizierte Dateien und Ordner"

Hello,

Maybe it’s a Translation Problem, but on Sunday I added a Corporate Cloud Folder to be indexed. (Thankfully with Backup). Then Suddenly all files in there were renamed with one of my Smart Rules.

The Trigger I made out was the “On Import”. What I don’t understand, why did he trigger on Indizieren which would be Index in English? This was no Import?

I know now it works as expected ( DT3 - smart rule on file upon indexing ) but why?

How can I prevent that in the Future? I want the Rename on Import to the DB, but not when Indexing Folders? Is "Afer Move to DB” the solution here?

This trigger is applied to both importing and indexing. But you could exclude indexed items by adding e.g. the condition Item is not Indexed
