I am trying to catch all the docs landing into multiple inboxes with a smart rule.
How do I do that - the “inboxes” option is grayed out…
This is currently not possible. Development would have to assess this.
Thanks. I would appreciate your Development looking into this. If a user has multiple DBs (with multiple inboxes) > it creates additional friction for capture, it would be nice to be able to capture on the global level as well.
