Hi,
My scan snap won’t recognize DTO2 in scansnap “save” menu, and DTO doesn’t recognize my scansnap in “choose scanner”- it says there is no scanner.
Do they recognize each other? Can I scan into my DTO inbox?
I’m a newbie- thanks for any help. I’ve spent hours trying to set this up.
