I have set up automatic import&ocr from folder. It works well except that sometimes when I give it image inside pdf it messes it up.
I just gave it an pdf with landscape image as the only content, it turned that into portrait and shifted the image about one 3rd to left so that it was cut off. This was not first time it has done this: it’s annoying since it might shift something without me noticing and years later I found some important document has parts missing.
I am able to just drag the pdf into dt and keep it untouched but since I have set my workflow around the import folder I would be thankful for ideas about how to make it more robust.
Is the automatic rotation enabled Preferences > OCR? Does disabling this option fix the issue?
Disabling “page orientation” fixed shifting. Thank you!
