Some indexed folders won't update to DTTG via Bonjour

Hi, thought I would ask here before going straight to support in case someone else has experienced this.

I use folder indexing in DEVONthink on my Mac. Most files are in iCloud Drive folders, some are not.

I sync via Bonjour to iPhone, which is mostly reliable, even though a bit manual as I need to open the DTTG app and give it a bit of a kick to get it going – by clicking on the cloud icon at the bottom.

I am finding lately that some folders just don’t seem to want to update. And I discover that when I’m out and about and the files are not there (not nice, and erodes my trust in my setup). Makes me wonder if some other folders are not syncing fully and I just don’t know about it.

Anyone know of any ways to “force” or “reset” DTTG to sync these rogue folders? I have tried the swipe down to refresh but my folder just won’t update.

I had this problem all the time in the past with Cloud syncing options - iCloudKit, Dropbox - and I had to delete the local database and do a full re-sync to get back to normal. That’s why I switched to Bonjour.

Edit: I use “always” download docs option, not sync on demand.

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.

OK Jim. Is it better for support if I lodge the ticket on the Mac or the iOS end?
