Sorter Drawer Will Not Slide Out

My sorter drawer appears when I log in to my account but it will not open. If I click on the tab it moves and “Close Circle” appears and disappears with clicking but the drawer itself will not appear.

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem

I am having the same problem since upgrading to DTPO 2.3.11, running OS X 10.7.2

I’m on 10.6.8 but I have the same version of DTPO. The problem appeared after I upgraded DTPO.
I sent a feedback email to DT but no reply as of yet.

Same problem here - since updating

Not sure why you are getting this after upgrading, however try the following:

  1. Quit the Sorter either using the Sorter menu of in DT preference.
  2. In Finder select the menu option Go->Go to folder and copy and paste the following ~/Library/Preferences and press Go.
  3. If you are running DT Pro delete the file com.devon-technologies.think-sorter.plist. If you are running DT Personal delete the file com.devon-technologies.thinkPersonal-sorter.plist.
  4. In DT preferences restart the sorter.

This should reset the positioning information of the Sorter.

Also, ditto. But Lion makes it a bit harder to find? :frowning:
