I notice that many times when I click the minimized Sorter tab, I often move the cursor slightly up of down while clicking, and so instead of expanding it, it moves a few pixels and remains minimized and I end up attempting to expand it several times, looking at it dumbfounded.
The tab needs to either have some sort of lock or preferably a threshold drag distance that it will ignore accidental vertical dragging (say 10 pixels?). With that, I could click the tab with a sight downward stroke and not have to steady my hand any more than pulling a tab off of a Safari or Terminal window.
