Often (though not always) when I drag a URL from the address bar in Chrome to the sorter, it opens the sorter, and adds the URL into the database.
But the Sorter sticks open, can’t be closed, and can’t be used anymore. It stays stuck open until I reboot my Mac.
The current version of DEVONthink is 2.4.3. Does this behavior persist with the updated version?
I tried installing the update, but after downloading and clicking “install” I got an error: “A problem occurred when installing the update. Try again later.” I tried again later and got the same error.
Download a fresh installer from: devontechnologies.com/download/products.html and replace your current version.
So far the fresh installer has worked fine, thanks.
