Sorter on DT3 is not adding files

I am unable to add video, audio or screenshot files from the Sorter sorter when pushing the Add key. When I push the key nothing happens. Even after a reset

If you open System Preferences, select Security & Privacy, and in the Privacy tab:

  • Select Camera and check that DEVONthink 3 has access
  • Select Microphone and check that DEVONthink 3 has access

Yes all that was checked so DT3 has full access. But it does not resolve the issue.

I have also given DT 3 full disk access is that OK?

Can you open a support ticket and attach a copy of the console log file. To access this:

  • In Finder select the menu Go->Go to Folder, copy and paste the line below and press Go.
    ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3
  • The console .log file should be in this folder.

Yes, this should definitely be done - just in general.
