Within Sorter, I have 10 databases. When I choose Action Menu>Send to DEVONthink, all 10 are opened whether there are files in those databases’ inboxes or not.
I would prefer that only those databases with files in their Sorter inbox be opened.

At the same time it synchronises the references for all the boxes with its respective group in the database. So if you changed any information that is used by the Sorter for any of the groups in their respective databases, it will be updated when you run this command.
