Sorting doesn't know about high ASCII characters

When I sort files by name in DT A, Å and Ä are all treated as A.

Å, Ä, and Ö should all be sorted after Z. At least thats the way we do it in Sweden.

For some reasen ß is sorted correctly.

I guess we need a new preference to turn this off
