Sorting Email?

Sorry if I missed this somewhere, but is there a way to sort archived email through its “From:” “To:” etc fields?

Also, is there a way, for archived email, that we can specify a search for a specific field? ("From: " works, but it’ll also grab quoted emails in other emails)

Not yet. Searching for meta data like author will be added to one of the next releases, additional columns & sorting too but later.
