Can someone point me in the right direction as to how I can set up the following:
I want to search UK sites specifically in and around an area here in the UK and not get the rest of the world.
How do I set up the general parameters.
PS: I am on a learning curve.

I want to search for certain medical criteria in a specific city are here in UK. For example, if I choose Manchester UK I also get a Manchester Hospital in Dubai.
I am attempting to stay within a specific area geographically and not collect locations in other countries.
As to different engines Country specific I would welcome your advice as to where they are located.

You might use secondary search term like…
Manchester NEAR UK
…or…
Manchester NEAR UK BUT NOT NEAR Dubai.
