Use the Thumbnail Inspector (⌃5) to delete a page. You can highlight the page and delete it with backspace. You can also split the document at the selected page (right click for the menu). The excellent user manual (also available in app) explains all this much better than I have.
I’ve assumed you’re using DT3.
