# Still cannot run DT 4

- You need to check your Junk and Spam folders in your email client.
- You can look up your own license information in [your DEVONtechnologies customer account](https://www.devontechnologies.com/login).

Also, Beta 2 was announced on our [blog](https://www.devontechnologies.com/blog/20250430-devonthink-40-public-beta-2). Download the 4.0 beta 2 release manually from our [Downloads](https://www.devontechnologies.com/support/download) page and overwrite the version of the application you have installed. Only overwrite the application. Do not run any uninstaller applications.
