stop automatic import

Every time I open Devonthink it imports a group of 5 folders with tags into the global inbox. I deleted them numerous times but it keeps importing them every time I reopen Devonthink.

If I do not delete the folders then it keeps putting another group of 5 folders in the global inbox each time I reopen Deventhink.

Please help.

I have tried to “Open the folder ‘~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Inbox’ (where ~ is your user’s home directoy) and delete them manually.” As recommended in the troubleshooting section of help but this did not help.

Such ‘phantom’ items may be a weird Sharing & Permissions glitch, which prevents deletion.

The Sorter may be involved. Quit the Sorter, then Quit the DEVONthink application. Try deleting the folder named ‘DEVONthink Sorter’ at ~/Library/Application Support.

Thanks. It was in the sorter and when I deleted in there it stopped appearing.
