At the moment the only solution is to open DEVONagent’s application package in the Finder and to edit the files in the “Contents > Resources > StopWords” subfolder on your own.
Warning: Installing a new version of DEVONagent will kill your modifications. In addition, please ensure that you’re using UTF-8.
