Storage gone haywire

I have two databases on my MacBook Pro that are approx. 2GB in size, total.

I am synching them to my phone via DTTG and iCloud

After a storage search on my laptop, I have 50GB in DevonThink files under mobile documents/DevonThink.

So something has gone haywire. Why is laptop creating 25X the size of my databases for mobile documents?

In DEVONthink on the Mac, hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
