Suppose i have several (about ten of them) of my topical DB open at the same time and I close them all except one then almost immediately the DB re-open automatically. In other words I cannot have just one DB open, these 10 DB open automatically. Maybe its related to the fact that these ten DB are the ones that are synchronized?

You have the Bonjour options set to Open databases automatically. No great mystery
