Recently, every time I launch DEVONthink, an export group shows up in the inbox. I have not changed any settings. The newly created groups are empty.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this and how to solve it?

Is there anything in the folder ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3/Inbox?
Yes, just remove it as the stuff inside this folder is imported automatically (but not created by DEVONthink).
