Hi all, after installing Catalina, I notice a strange redrawing issue - navigating between images, be they png or jpeg, causes the entire DT window to redraw, which is quite annoying. This is not happening with pdf, movies, or other files. Quick-look issues? How to fix?

I will just note that I am experiencing the same issue with PNG images.
You can’t fix it. This is an issue with Catalina’s ImageKit framework (sigh). We are investigating what we can do to resolve this. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
