More often than you might guess, I’m in a situation where I’m searching info on a person who has the same name as a well-known tv or movie actor.
Are there any tricks in DevonAgent which might help me eliminate the actor hits, leaving mainly the non-actor search hits? Thanks!
In a case such as that, think about adding filtering criteria to the query.
“John Doe” AND NOT (actor OR movie OR movies OR TV or television)
Sometimes there have been several well-known people with the same name, e.g. Richard Burton. Of those I would likely be most interested in the 19th century British explorer. So I might add another term to “tighten” search hits for him.
Remember not to use more than 10 words (exclusive of logical operators) in the first field of a query.
