Today I went to scan using my fujitsu scansnap and inport into DevonThink Pro 2.1.1 and the import consistently fails.
I get the message “Can’t import PDF document” with no reason why. The Preview App is able to display it just fine.
I tried restarting DT with no effect.
Then I told DT to rebuild the database. It exported everything, then failed to import at least half of the PDFs it had previously imported.
Very frustrated here, thinking I am going to have to give up on DT.
Does a restart of the computer fix the issue? Has been anything logged to the system console (see /Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?
A restart did not fix the issue.
I see this in the console:

It looks like it was a disk space issue. I resized the sparsebundle and now it seems to be working again.
