Sync - Not authenticating with WebDav Server

Hmmm. More than simply the shared folder?

No - just that. I only mention it because I’ve forgotten it a couple of times when setting/resetting the sync store location.

This would indicate a network or hardware issue, not a DEVONtech one.
You could try rebooting devices.
