Sync not working on Global Inbox with DT2G

Hello everyone.

I have been using DT 3 on my laptop for a while now, my current version is: 3.9.6

I have been syncing it between DT2G on my iPad and iPhone but today, anything that I put in the Global Inbox does not sync to the two devices, However if I create an item on any of the two devices they do sync back to the MAC.

The curious thing is if I have a bunch of docs on my desktop and drop them into the relevant database groups then those item do sync to the two devices.

When I try to sync on any of the devices the progress cloud has a triangle showing an error. I have grabbed one such error. See attached.

What should I do, reinstall the DT2G app? There is no update available in the App Store, but I’d find it odd if both devices have the issue.

How do you sync? And no, reinstalling iso not the first step. Neither for DTTG more for any other app.
You don’t throw away your car either just because it doesn’t start.

@chrillek Hi. I drop stuff into the Global Inbox on my desktop. When I need the items on my iDevices I either pull the front page of the DT2G app down and the cloud icon does its thing, ie shows a bar going across it, and the items appear. Or tap the cloud icon and do a sync that way, either one used to work until today.

Throwing a car away for not starting is not quite the same as uninstalling and reinstalling an app, but I do appreciate the sentiment.

This does not answer what sync method you’re using in DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go. Is it Dropbox or WebDAV?
