Sync Problem (Iphone DTTGO)

Hi guys,
I need help with a problem. DT syncs via CloudKit and also shows that everything is synced.
In DTGO one(!) database is not synced for days. All others sync and are up to date. I have also changed the name of the database in DT to see if the transfer of the changed name takes place, but that does not happen either.

It also seems to be just a problem on the Iphone. Ipad is synced as planned

What to do?

Were any issues logged/shown? I would also suggest to verify the sync store (e.g. via the contextual menu in Preferences > Sync on the Mac)

Whenever you have a sync issue, these are the first questions (as applicable)…

  • What is reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
  • Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, tap it. What is reported?
