Synchronisation warning

When I try to synchronise DEVONthink to Go databases, I receive a warning: “this database has not been downloaded completely to this device. Uploading it to a new sync location will cause problems because some items are missing.”
What can I do to upload files created on my iPad on to my database?

Have you added a new sync location?

Thanks Jim, for getting back to me. My copy of DEVONthink to Go appears to regularly add new locations. On the sync window, my laptop, my desktop and iCloud frequently grey out and then new versions of the same locations are made available.

DEVONthink To Go does not create its own sync locations. In DEVONthink To Go 2, select Help > Contact Us to start a Support Ticket. Thanks!
