Are you going to keep this system riquirement “Requires OS X El Capitan or later” after you released v3 this summer?
I’m a Sierra user, and I’ve already purchaced it.
Sierra came after El Cap, so you’d be fine. However, we do suggest moving up to a modern OS. macOS 10.15 will be upon us sooner rather than later.

Also, you don’t need to purchase MacOSX versions, if the hardware supports it then it’s a simple update that you do. The system even prompts you from time to time to upgrade. This is good as upgrades have in addition to bug fixes and features also security fixes which are very important in our unfortunate eon.
