Devonthink is a database, not an automation program, but you could let Hazel put automatically tags (according to your criteria) and then let it send the documents to your DT Inbox with the tags on it.
Automatisch geht dies bisher nur mit AppleScript oder externen Tools wie Hazel, aber Verbesserungen in dieser Hinsicht sind in Arbeit.
