Tags missing on second laptop

Hi everyone,

I am using DEVONthink on two separet MacBook Pro’s and indexing folders in iCloud with two different iCloud accounts (Work/Private).

When accesing the files on my Work MacBook, all the files are accessible and sync but unfortunately the previously set tags are not visible. Newly created tags sync fine, but I got quite a big history of files with tags which did not sync.

Is there a smart way to fix this?

  • Tags set where?
  • Are the files that show no tags from one specific indexed location?

I have set the tags inside of DEVONthink, through the dedicated “Tags” field.

Another folder, which also is indexed has the Tags still visible on my work laptop.

Any ideas?
