Take Rich Note: Inconsistent Response to keyboard command

I often use the Take Rich Note service in OmniWeb to bring information into DT 1.9.1.

Usually, I do this with a keyboard command ?-). However, the keyboard command often does not work, and I have to select the commend from the Services Menu. It doesn’t seem to matter whether DT is open or not, the behavior is just plain intermittent (and slightly annoying).

Anything I can do about this, or is it a known bug?

That’s an issue of OS X - just install HotService to fix it.
