Text conversion and creation dates

Hi,
I just purchased DTO, trying to go paperless. Really love it so far.

My question: I have imported a number of PDFs. Making them searchable creates a new document with today’s date as creation date. I would rather keep the original creation date, though. Is there any way to achieve that?

Please check that you’re not looking at the modification date column. That is set to the moment of the conversion, everything else is identical to the original file.
