The Import to DevonThink menu items in Mail just disappeared

I am trying out Devonthink pro office on Leopard. When I installed, there appeared menu items in mail to add to devonthink. These are now gone. How do I restore them?

Ensure that you’re using v1.3.4 and then use Help > Install Add-ons.
