When I try to activate my license, I got a error: “The network connection was lost”.
This sounds like a temporary network issue. Does it work after trying it again?
No. That’s happening for two days, in different moments and proving it more than one time at each moment.
Do you use Little Snitch or a similar tool? Does it work after downloading the app again from our website and replacing the installed app with the downloaded one?
