"This document's file has been changed..." warning?

Hello,

I have started to get a warning message every time I do something in DTP:

This document’s file has been changed by another application since you opened or saved it.

Then it asks me if I want to save it anyway. Can you tell me what setting is prompting this message?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I’m running into it now. (New Devonthink user.)

No but if I remember correctly, the problem went a way after an version upgrade.
