trouble with endnote integration

Hi,

I’m having trouble inserting references into DT from endnote x5. I read on another forum that the template for endnote reference x4 works for x5, but when I try to insert a reference i get the error message;

"an error occurred when adding a reference,

please open an endnote database and make sure that an endnote window with at least one selected reference is open, then try again"

but I already have the window open and reference selected. Any ideas? Thanks,

I have the same problem with the template Reference (from EndNote). I have EndNote X7 and DT Pro 2.7.7. When they are in different desktops, the same error, but if both are in the same desktop, it works. Can be fixed?
