I did a clean install on my iMac, so Time Machine has no saved records, although I did happen to save some files before deleting.
I have saved my devon databases in my doc folder. They are all there.
I was able to open the databases in DevonThink Office.(.dtCloud)
** I have one database I can not open. (ipad.dtCloud)
The only place i ‘see’ it in the sync is under ‘My Sync Store.dtCloud’ under Remote and in my documents folder with he rest of my databases.
This (ipad.dtCloud)500mg database is not on my iPad or iPhone.
I believe it was made on my iPad…
** How can I retrieve this database?? Where is it?
I’ve been hoping to receive some syncing problem help for a while.
** I’m using a router in a single home business.
I believe I should sync my iPad and iPhone devices to my iMac by Local Sync Store??
Or would bonjour be better?
I have databases listed in these sync locations, but currently disabled in my iMac sync under:
Ipad.dtcloud
My sync store.dtcloud
My sync store.dtclaoud
Syncing.dtclour
I would really like to get this straightened out.
** My thought is to delete Devon off of iPad.
Turn on the best sync service.
Then resync.
Yes, I do have my databases intact.
I just thought that was another database because I had one named that. Apparently already deleted it.
Can you help with this??

Ok I removed all of the sync accounts.
I made a fresh new Local Sync Store.
(local sync store means all files will be stored on my iMac right??)
When using the Local Sync Store sync do I have to make sure i have closed the Devon Office on the iMac when using the database on the iPad and visa versa?
Now should I delete Devon off of iPad.
Then reinstall Devon and start with a fresh new beginning sync from the iMac?
Shoot I just deleted the Bonjour sync…
How can I get it back??
All I see is Bonjour Options button, which opens a window with a checkbox Enable incoming connection. It needs a Port and a Password.??
I don’t care for a password on anything to get in hopefully.
Problem is I don’t know.
That was the name of them.
