I store two websites in DB.
I see both in normal view.
In intelligent folder I see only one.
Has someone an idea what can be the problem?

Hard to tell without knowing the conditions of the smart group. You might also check whether the item (or one of its enclosing groups) is excluded from searching.
I don’t know the conditions of this HTML group.

I think this group has standard conditions from DT?

DEVONthink doesn’t create an HTML smart group.
The only pre-defined smart groups are All PDFs, All Images, and Duplicates.
Control-click the smart group and choose Edit to display the criteria editor.

I am almost sure that I did not create the HTML group myself. Could it be that this intelligent group comes from DEVONthink Pro Office?

Nope. The same smart groups were used in DEVONthink 2.x as well.
PS: Actually, I’m Support (and wear some other hats too) 
Such a smart group was never automatically added by DEVONthink. Are you able to edit this smart group by using the contextual menu of the main view instead of the sidebar? Is the database marked as read-only?

Basically yes but you have to right/control click on the HTML smart group of couse.

The smart group is locked and therefore not editable.
You are right. I saw this yesterday.
Although the group was blocked, the website of https://murrayfredericks.com was still displayed under HTML. I have now unlocked all folders and smartgroups and restarted DT. The website of https://www.petereastway.com/ is still not displayed in the HTML group.
I could insert the two websites of the photographers although the folders were locked.
Did you checking the conditions of the smart group and where it’s actually searching?
