Two questions regarding the contextual menu of RTF and MD file

(1) It seems that the items in the contextual menu of RTF, MD (preview), and MD (raw) are different. There is no “Make Link”, “Add Link”, “Add To Favorites”, “Add to Reading List”, “Link to” in MD (raw) and/or MD (preview). Is that by design?
(2) I understand that “Copy Paragraph Link” (and equivalent command in dictionary) is not available for MD file. Is this a technical limitation or just a feature that has not been considered yet?

Yes, it’s basically intended as Markdown doesn’t support linking to sections yet.
